Shipping Policy
King Water Filtration™ is not responsible for any merchandise lost or stolen through any mail parcel service, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any freight companies.
Domestic Shipping
FedEx, USPS, and UPS Ground Deliveries to Home and Business addresses are sent by default as "No Signature Required" unless selected by the Buyer. Adding this service costs an additional $5.50 USD.
If "No Signature Requested" is selected, King Water Filtration™ is not liable for loss, and responsibility lies with the Buyer.
With "Signature Requested" selected for $9.50 USD, claims can be filed, and replacements issued upon carrier verification.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses incur additional charges and must include apartment, suite, or unit numbers where applicable.
Orders ship within 4–10 business days, excluding custom-designed or commercial systems.
Tracking numbers are provided via email. Heavier items ship by freight, with carrier requests accommodated where possible.
Additional charges apply based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Express shipping options are available upon request.
International Shipping
King Water Filtration™ ships internationally, with Buyers responsible for additional charges, such as broker fees, duties, and taxes.
Returns are not accepted on international orders, as all sales are final.
Damaged Goods
Damage may be visible or concealed. For visible damage, please follow these steps:
Inspect merchandise upon arrival and reject shipment if damaged. Notify the carrier immediately and take photos if possible.
For concealed damage, contact the carrier and King Water Filtration™ within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim and ensure eligibility for replacement. Photos are encouraged.
