Overview

King Water Filtration™ strives to provide products that meet your specific water filtration needs. All products are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before shipping. The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions, including purchases, returns, and exchanges. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or returning a product.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Returns for refunds are accepted only on new, unused items in original packaging with no damage or missing parts. Refunds are subject to shipping, handling, and up to 25% restocking fees, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any initial shipping fees if they were covered in the original sale.
• Returns for exchanges are accepted on defective items or when King Water Filtration™ assists the customer in selecting the appropriate product.
• Returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery; returns beyond this period are not accepted.
• Refunds for credit card purchases will be processed back to the original card, with any applicable processing fees deducted.
• Custom orders, reverse osmosis systems, filter cartridges, membranes, and products from other brands are not eligible for returns.
• An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns. Contact customer service at (855) 957-2166 to obtain an RMA and shipping instructions.

Warranty and Liability

King Water Filtration™ products come with a Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship if installed by a licensed, qualified plumber. The warranty may be voided if the product is improperly installed, misused, or damaged.

Limitations of Liability

• In all circumstances, King Water Filtration™ limits its liability to the purchase price of the product. Repair or replacement of defective products is the maximum liability.
• King Water Filtration™ is not liable for any property damage, personal injury, or financial loss caused by normal use, product failure, or incorrect installation. Use products as directed and at your own risk.

General Terms

• King Water Filtration™ makes every effort to ensure the website's accuracy, but assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions.
• All images, content, trademarks, and logos on the website are protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.
• Communications or materials sent to the website are treated as non-confidential and may be used by King Water Filtration™ for any purpose.
• The website is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes are to be resolved in Nevada state or federal courts.

Purchasing

Purchases through the website or via other methods indicate agreement to all King Water Filtration™ policies. Buyers must be 18 or older and comply with local regulations and plumbing codes for installation.

Disclaimer of Liability for All Products

King Water Filtration™ is not liable for any damages from the use, failure, or incorrect installation of its products. Buyers use and install all products at their own risk, ensuring compatibility with local water pressure and safety requirements.

Electrical Products and Quantum Disinfection™ Systems

Electrical products must be used as directed with a GFCI outlet. Quantum Disinfection™ systems are highly effective but not intended for treating infectious water. Use of all products is at the buyer’s own risk.
