General Return Policy
It is important to purchase water filtration products that meet your specific water filtration needs. All King Water Filtration™ products are inspected and packaged properly before shipping. If you need to return a product, please review the following terms and conditions carefully:
- Returns for refunds are accepted only on new, unused items in their original packaging without any damage or missing parts. Refunds will not be issued if items are returned in a broken, used, or abused condition.
- Refunds are subject to shipping and handling fees, which are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Returns for exchanges are accepted on defective items, for upgrades, or when King Water Filtration™ is assisting customers in selecting the appropriate product.
- All returns, for refunds or exchanges, must be within 30 days of the initial delivery date. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns will not be honored if the product was not installed by a qualified, licensed plumber.
- Refunds on credit card purchases will be issued back to the same card, with credit card processing fees deducted as applicable.
- Custom orders, special orders, reverse osmosis systems, filter cartridges, and membranes are non-returnable.
- Products from other brands are non-returnable through King Water Filtration™.
- All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and the customer’s name, address, phone number, and reason for return. Items without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Items returned for refund or exchange must be shipped within two weeks of RMA issuance, and must include proof of purchase.
- No refunds will be issued to third parties; refunds must be processed through the original purchaser.
- No returns or refunds are allowed on international orders.
Special Circumstances
If King Water Filtration™ has assisted in determining proper filtration needs, refund eligibility is solely at the company’s discretion. Options may include a replacement, partial replacement, acceptable substitute, or partial refund minus up to a 25% restocking fee for used items. Refunds exclude shipping costs, and credit card processing fees may also be deducted.
Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
Most King Water Filtration™ products come with a Manufacturer's Limited Warranty against material and workmanship defects, valid only if installed by a qualified, licensed plumber. The warranty may be voided if the product is installed improperly or misused.
Important Notes
- Delivery carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight companies are responsible for timely and undamaged delivery. King Water Filtration™ is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and will not issue refunds for these instances.
- Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery for visible and concealed shipping damage, which should be reported within three business days. If damaged, refuse the shipment, file a claim with the carrier, and contact us with photos if possible.
- King Water Filtration™ products are intended for professional installation by licensed professionals. King Water Filtration™ assumes no liability for improper installation.
- All sales are final on commercial products, which are considered special orders.
Final Discretion
All refunds are issued solely at the discretion of King Water Filtration™. Returned products will be inspected to verify unused and undamaged condition. Refunds are not available for misapplication, damage due to improper water conditions, or improper installation.
