Everything went smoothly

Got off to a bit of a rocky start with communications; however, in the end everything went smoothly. Got a new HE water heater installed, along with a system to help mitigate the hard water. Patrick and Holly were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, so props to them!!

I cannot thank Freedom Water Systems enough!! We built a house and lived with horrible water for 3 years. I had two other companies that tried to fix our water and they didnt listen to what our issues were but just wanted to do thier "usual" thing which did nothing but cost us money. Great Service!

Great Service! I got the whole house filter for chlorine and reverse osmosis for the kitchen sink and fridge. It has made my everyday life so much easier and more pleasant to have good water to drink. I was carrying those 5 gallon jugs from the grocery store and hauling them upstairs. I actually tried not to drink too much water, just because it was such a pain on me physically. I did have two other quotes from water filter companies before I heard about Freedom Water Systems. The others were WAY more expensive for the same product! Also, Freedom Water Systems was no bologna when it came to testing your water. Just a simple quick test, no BS, payment plan if you want/need and that's that! I wish I had known about them sooner. Definitely recommend their service/product.

During the process of buying a new home we had to get the water tested per the requirements of a VA loan along with having the well shocked due to the presence of bacteria. We were in a bit of a time crunch and the folks at Freedom Water Systems bent over backwards to support us! They were true professionals every time we spoke on the phone and were so kind and compassionate. They were also on site when they said they would be.
